I love to flow. In my yoga practice I look for expression of feelings from the inside, where I lose myself in a state of flow and connect with the deepest part of me.
I firmly believe that anyone can practice yoga – you just have to start where you are and do what you can. We can all experience yoga on and off the mat and reap its benefits in all areas of our lives.
For me, yoga is a powerful healing tool to release the tensions and find the body-mind-spirit connection, locate space in the body which ultimately leads to space in the head.
My classes are an escape and an opportunity to bring you back to yourself. With a wide variety of unique and creative flows you will be able to explore yoga in a completely different way. Find peace, calm and joy on your mat to be able to transfer it into your everyday life.
Yoga taught me how to live in the present mindfully and patiently, as well as how to find health and happiness within myself. As one yoga teacher puts it:
"The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are.
